FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about our Cybersecurity Training service.
Who is this training for?
We offer role-based training for everyone — general employees (security awareness), developers (secure coding), IT teams (ethical hacking, VAPT), managers (policy and compliance) and students (career-focused cybersecurity courses).
Is the training delivered online or in person?
Both. We offer live instructor-led online sessions, self-paced e-learning modules and in-person workshops at your office or training venue — whichever format works best for your team.
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes — participants who complete the training and pass the assessment receive a Worldnity Cybersecurity Training Certificate. For advanced courses, we also help participants prepare for globally recognized certifications like CEH and CompTIA Security+.
How long is a typical training program?
Security awareness for employees typically takes 2–4 hours. Secure coding workshops run 1–2 days. Ethical hacking bootcamps range from 3 days to 4 weeks depending on depth. We customize duration based on your team's needs.
Can the training be customized for our industry?
Yes — we tailor every training program to your industry, specific threats and compliance requirements. A healthcare organization faces different risks than a fintech company — our training reflects that.
What are phishing simulations and how do they work?
We send your employees realistic (but harmless) simulated phishing emails. Those who click are redirected to an immediate training moment instead of a real attack. Reports show who needs more training and tracks improvement over time.
How many employees can attend at once?
Our online sessions accommodate unlimited participants. For hands-on labs and workshops, we recommend groups of 10–25 for optimal learning. For larger organizations, we run multiple batches.
Do you train students and colleges too?
Yes — we partner with colleges, universities and coding bootcamps to deliver cybersecurity courses, guest lectures, seminars and career guidance programs for students pursuing IT and cybersecurity careers.
Is one-time training enough or do we need ongoing programs?
Cyber threats evolve constantly. One-time training builds awareness, but ongoing monthly tips, quarterly refreshers and annual training updates are essential to maintain a strong security culture. We offer both one-time and retainer programs.
