These Terms govern all visitors, registered users, enterprise clients, and platform users — including cybersecurity consulting, executive webinars, and premium digital products.
Failure to accept any provision mandates immediate cessation of all Worldnity platform and service utilization.
Continued platform engagement post-Terms modification constitutes binding acceptance of revised standards.

Age Requirement: Accounts restricted to users 13+ years — eligibility verified during registration.
Credential Responsibility: You bear full accountability for account credentials, all associated activity, and maintaining absolute confidentiality of login credentials.
Accuracy Mandate: Registration demands complete, verifiable information to uphold platform integrity and compliance standards.
One Account Rule: Multiple accounts per individual subject to immediate termination.
Suspension Authority: Worldnity reserves rights to immediately suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notification.

04 - Payments & Billing
Currency: All pricing denominated in INR, inclusive of applicable GST and statutory taxes — transparent enterprise billing.

07 - Intellectual Property
No Unauthorized Copying: Unauthorized copying or redistribution incurs up to ₹5 Crore statutory penalty plus criminal prosecution under applicable IP protection laws.
Brand Protection: Unauthorized use of Worldnity logos, trademarks, or brand assets triggers up to ₹5 Crore legal claim and criminal prosecution.
E-Book & Webinar IP: All digital content and proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Worldnity.
Fair Use Policy: Non-commercial personal use of public content is permitted with proper attribution to Worldnity.
Client Ownership: Custom software ownership transfers to the client upon full payment per the executed SOW.
Unauthorized use triggers legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000 — enforcing statutory penalties, damages, and criminal prosecution.
08 - Prohibited Activities
Illegal Use: Utilizing Worldnity products and services for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.
Zero Content Piracy: Sharing, reselling, or distributing webinar recordings, e-books, or consultation details triggers immediate legal action.
False Information: Submitting false or misleading information to access consultation services constitutes a punishable offense under cyber laws.
Security Breach: Hacking, reverse-engineering, or disrupting systems is strictly forbidden — violations trigger permanent account termination.
Bot Protection: Deploying bots, scrapers, or crawlers for data extraction is prohibited — resulting in permanent IP ban and escalation to legal agencies.
Violations trigger immediate account suspension and expedited legal proceedings without prior formal warning.
09 - Software Development Services
SOW Priority: The executed Statement of Work governs all client projects and takes absolute precedence over these Terms during any conflicts.
Confidentiality: Comprehensive NDAs executed for all client engagements upon request at zero additional cost.
Project Delivery: Timelines defined in the SOW, contingent upon client collaboration, timely feedback, and cooperation.
Ownership: Client gains complete ownership of delivered software upon full SOW payment — including intellectual property rights transfer.
Support: 3 months complimentary post-launch support included — premium extended maintenance contracts available.

10 - Disclaimer, Governing Law & Contact
No Performance Warranty: All Worldnity services provided strictly "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability Cap: Maximum liability capped at the exact amount paid for the specific service — no consequential damages.
Consultation Disclaimer: Worldnity holds zero liability for outcomes from cyber consultation discussions — strictly educational guidance.
Governing Law: Exclusively governed by the laws of the Republic of India — Karnataka High Court, Bengaluru holds sole jurisdiction over all disputes.
Amicable Resolution: Direct resolution strongly encouraged first — contact us via email prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.
