E-Book & Webinar IP: All digital content, webinars, and proprietary materials remain exclusive Worldnity intellectual property—protected by blockchain authenticity verification.
Fair Use Policy: Non-commercial personal use of public content permitted with proper attribution to Worldnity - enterprise compliance maintained
Client Ownership: Custom software ownership transfers to client upon full payment per executed SOW-enterprise IP handover protocol.
Unauthorized use triggers immediate legal action under Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000—enforcing ₹5 Crore statutory penalty, comprehensive damages, and criminal prosecution through fast-track enterprise legal protocols.
