Programme Structure

What to Expect

Each Worldnity internship is a structured, time-bound engagement with defined deliverables, mentorship and measurable outcomes.

Assigned Project Work
Interns are assigned to specific projects with defined scope, milestones and deliverables — reviewed by a domain mentor throughout.
Structured Mentorship
Work directly with a Worldnity domain expert — weekly check-ins, structured feedback and professional guidance included.
Completion Certificate
Interns who complete all requirements receive a Worldnity certificate — digitally verifiable and shareable on LinkedIn.
Fully Remote
All roles are conducted remotely with defined availability expectations and delivery timelines.
Letter of Recommendation
Interns who demonstrate strong performance are eligible for a Worldnity Letter of Recommendation upon completion.
Deliverable-Based Output
The programme produces concrete portfolio output — documents, builds, research or designs — that you retain and own.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the Worldnity Internship Programme.

Is the internship paid?
Some roles include a stipend — this is specified on each role's detail page. Roles without a stipend are structured as learning engagements; the primary return is portfolio output, a verifiable certificate and where applicable, a Letter of Recommendation.
Is it fully remote?
Yes. All Worldnity internship roles are conducted entirely online. There is no requirement to be present at any physical location at any time during the programme.
How long does the programme last?
Duration varies by role and is specified on each role's detail page. Most programmes run between two and eight weeks, with defined start dates and deliverable timelines.
What happens after I submit my application?
Applications are reviewed within 24–48 business hours. Confirmed participants receive an onboarding email with their project brief, mentor contact details and programme schedule.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. All interns who successfully complete their programme requirements receive a Worldnity completion certificate that is digitally verifiable and LinkedIn-shareable.
Can I apply for more than one role?
You may apply for one role at a time. If you have been rejected or have completed a previous engagement, you may apply for a new role in a subsequent cohort.
