Worldnity is committed to transparency and fair resolution. Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital products and services, refunds are issued only in specific, verifiable cases of service failure attributable to Worldnity. This Policy applies to all purchases: Live Webinars, E-Books, Cyber Consultations, Software Development, Cybersecurity Services, and Digital Marketing & Cloud Solutions.

01 — Institutional Refund Commitment
Worldnity Private Limited authorizes financial remediation exclusively in independently verified instances of platform-attributable service failure, wherein client access to proprietary digital content, scheduled virtual sessions, or professional consultation engagements is persistently obstructed due to our internal infrastructure.
Owing to the instantaneous provisioning of proprietary digital assets and the immediate activation of cloud-hosted access privileges upon successful payment, Worldnity maintains a strict no-refund position with respect to discretionary cancellations, post-activation requests, or subjective dissatisfaction claims.
This Refund Policy governs all commercial transactions conducted under the Worldnity brand, encompassing: Live Webinars, E-Books, Cyber Consultation, Software Development, Cyber Security Services, and Digital Marketing & Cloud Solutions.
All formal refund requests must be submitted to connect@worldnity.com — our dedicated resolution team ensures mandatory acknowledgement within 24 business hours and conclusive resolution within 3–5 working days.

10 — Non-Refundable Circumstances
Service Successfully Rendered: Digital content accessed, live session attended, or professional consultation engagement completed.
Discretionary Withdrawal: Client-initiated cancellation following procurement or post-activation access of proprietary digital content.
Promotional Acquisition: Transaction executed under a promotional offer, discount instrument, or bundled pricing arrangement.
Client Non-Attendance: Consultation session or live webinar duly scheduled and confirmed, but not attended by the registered participant.
Policy Contravention: Account suspended or terminated pursuant to a documented violation of our Terms of Service.
Contractual Scope Fulfilled: Software development or cyber security engagement delivered in full compliance with the agreed Scope of Work.
Advisory Outcome Dissatisfaction: Refunds not issued solely for subjective dissatisfaction with provided guidance.
