01 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing worldnity.com or utilizing any Worldnity enterprise services, you affirmatively confirm you have reviewed, comprehended, and irrevocably agree to these Enterprise Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms govern all visitors, registered users, enterprise clients, and platform users — including SaaS solutions, cybersecurity consulting, executive webinars, and premium digital products.
Failure to accept any provision mandates immediate cessation of all Worldnity platform and service utilization.
Continued platform engagement post-Terms modification constitutes binding acceptance of revised enterprise standards.
Worldnity reserves unilateral authority to amend Terms anytime — registered enterprise users receive advance email notification prior to material changes activation.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

03 — User Accounts
Age Requirement: Accounts restricted to users 13+ years — eligibility verified during registration.
Credential Responsibility: You bear full accountability for account credentials, all associated activity, and maintaining absolute confidentiality of enterprise-grade login credentials.
Accuracy Mandate: Registration demands complete, verifiable information to uphold platform integrity and compliance standards.
One Account Rule: Multiple accounts per individual subject to immediate termination — ensuring equitable enterprise platform access.
Suspension Authority: Worldnity reserves unilateral rights to immediately suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notification, per zero-trust security protocols and enterprise compliance standards.
Note: Cyber consultations are delivered directly without account creation or login — immediate, secure expert access via encrypted channels.
04 — Payments & Billing
Currency: All pricing denominated exclusively in INR, inclusive of applicable GST and statutory taxes — delivering transparent enterprise billing compliance across all transactions.
Gateway: All transactions via Razorpay enterprise gateway — UPI, Cards, and Net Banking supported.
No Storage: Payment card and banking data is never stored on our servers — maximum zero-trust protection for sensitive financial details.
Invoices: Digital GST-compliant tax invoices, access confirmations, and transaction audit trails are auto-delivered to your registered enterprise email.
Cyber Consultation: Cyber consultations are processed as secure one-time payments — no login required, with instant expert access via encrypted channels.

05 — Cyber Consultation Terms
Scope Limitation: Worldnity delivers educational guidance and threat intelligence — strictly advisory, excluding legal representation, forensic investigation, or asset recovery.
Privacy Assurance: Client descriptions are secured under strict confidentiality protocols — never shared with external entities.
Session Activation: Sessions are provisioned within 24 hours via encrypted Phone, Zoom, or Google Meet platforms.
Disclaimer: Advisory sessions provide no guaranteed outcomes — guidance is probabilistic, with full transparency on recovery and legal probabilities.
Direct Booking: Instant bookings with no account overhead — seamless expert connection through encrypted verification.

Personal Use License: Purchased webinars and premium e-books are licensed strictly for individual professional development and personal learning consumption only.
Content Protection: Strict prohibition on sharing, reselling, copying, or distributing purchased digital assets — protected by enterprise-grade DRM and authenticity verification.
Secure Access Delivery: Personalized joining links are delivered instantly to your registered enterprise email post-payment via encrypted channels.
E-Book Platform: Instant online reading access is activated post-payment — lifetime availability across all devices through our secure reading platform.
Certificate: Verified participation certificates are auto-issued for all attended premium paid webinars.
All webinars and e-book content is provided strictly for educational purposes. Worldnity retains exclusive intellectual property rights and copyright ownership over all proprietary materials.
07 — Intellectual Property
No Unauthorized Copying: Unauthorized copying or redistribution incurs up to ₹5 Crore statutory penalty plus criminal prosecution under applicable IP protection laws.
Brand Protection: Unauthorized use of Worldnity logos, trademarks, or brand assets triggers up to ₹5 Crore legal claim and criminal prosecution.
E-Book & Webinar IP: All digital content, webinars, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Worldnity.
Fair Use Policy: Non-commercial personal use of public content is permitted with proper attribution to Worldnity.
Client Ownership: Custom software ownership transfers to the client upon full payment per the executed SOW.
Unauthorized use triggers legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000 — enforcing statutory penalties, damages, and criminal prosecution.
08 — Prohibited Activities
Illegal Use Prohibition: Utilizing Worldnity products and services for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.
Zero Content Piracy: Sharing, reselling, or distributing webinar recordings, e-books, or consultation details triggers immediate legal action.
False Information Offense: Submitting false or misleading information to access consultation services constitutes a punishable offense under applicable cyber laws.
Security Breach Response: Hacking, reverse-engineering, or disrupting enterprise systems is strictly forbidden — violations trigger permanent account termination.
Bot Protection: Deploying bots, scrapers, or crawlers for data extraction is prohibited — resulting in permanent IP ban and escalation to legal agencies.
Violations trigger immediate account suspension and expedited legal proceedings without prior formal warning.
09 — Software Development Services
SOW Priority: The executed Statement of Work governs all enterprise client projects and takes absolute precedence over these Terms during any specific conflicts or inconsistencies.
Confidentiality Assurance: Comprehensive NDAs are executed for all client engagements upon request at zero additional cost.
Project Delivery: Timelines are defined in the SOW, contingent upon client collaboration, timely feedback, and cooperation for seamless milestone achievement.
Ownership: The client gains complete ownership of delivered software upon full SOW payment — including comprehensive intellectual property rights transfer.
Support Framework: 3 months complimentary post-launch support is included — premium extended maintenance contracts are available.

10 — Disclaimer, Governing Law & Contact
No Performance Warranty: All Worldnity services are provided strictly "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability Cap: Maximum liability is capped at the exact amount paid for the specific service — no consequential damages.
Consultation Disclaimer: Worldnity holds zero liability for outcomes from cyber consultation discussions — strictly educational guidance.
Governing Law: Exclusively governed by the laws of the Republic of India — the Karnataka High Court, Bengaluru holds sole and exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
Amicable Resolution: Direct resolution is strongly encouraged first — contact us via email prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.
